Meet the new PHIT America Director of Education

Dr. Erica Armijo has 25 years of experience teaching Physical & Health Education K-12 setting to include the past 17 years in elementary school in El Paso Texas. . She has coached at the high school level as well as taught at university level for several years. She has leadership roles in her state association TAHPERD. Along with being a National Trainer for OPEN PHYS ED. Dr. Armijo plans professional developments , writes curriculum, presents numerous professional developments for districts and conventions state and national level. She also served in the PE & Health TEKS revision committee for Texas Education Agency.
